在上面的报道中,blueprint homes或blueprint housing就是“图纸房”。“图纸房”是指凭借简单的户型图进行销售的商品房。一般都是地产商get a piece of land at auction(拍下一块土地),印出simple blueprints of the project(简单的户型图),吸引大批购房者,在收到capital in the presale(预售款)后再开工建设。
事实上,购买这种blueprint housing的风险比forward-delivery housing(期房)还要大。如果“图纸房”的开发商碰到资金问题放弃了该项目,那么购房者将很难拿回自己的advance fees(预付款)。
