M: Morning, Lucy. Here I am.
L: Hi, Monica, how are you doing today?
M: Can’t be better! Thank you.
L: Your supervisor, Mr. White was out on a business trip. Lets me first introduce you to your colleague, Francis, he is in the next door.
M: Ok.
L: Good morning, Francis, please allow me to introduce Monica to you. She is new in finance department.
F: Hello, Monica. Nice to meet you!
M: Nice to meet you too, Francis.
L: Monica, Francis will talk with you about your job.
范例二:Clarifying job and responsibility
M: So, where can I start my work?
F: Well, your job is to compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts. You’re also responsible for preparing profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
M: And I represent?
F: Our company just concluded a business transaction. You can help with documenting varies financial sheets involved in this transaction.
M: Ok, thank you.
F: You’re welcome. Feel free to ask me any time you need help.
范例三:Company structure
M: Francis, what’s that?
F: Well, that is the chart showing our company’s organizational structure.
M: Could you tell me something about it?
F: Ok. On the top, Mr. Thomas, the managing director, is responsible for running the company.
M: How many departments do we have?
F: Four. They are production department, finance department, sales and marketing department and HR department. I directly report to Mr. White. He is on a business trip and is suppose to be back this morning. Probably you will be meeting him at lunch.
M: Ok. Who should I report to?
F: Mr. White, too.
