whoa 是西部牛仔经常说的话吗?没错，Cowboys say "whoa" when they want their horses to slow down. 当牛仔说whoa后，他们的马就会慢下来。所以whoa的第一个意思就是：a command to stop 嘿，慢点。

例句：Whoa, don’t put so much detergent into the washing machine! 慢点，别往洗衣机里倒太多的洗衣粉!

4 Oh, Boy

"Oh, Boy!" is a common American expression that really has nothing to do with boys at all. 不必问美国人为什么不说 "Oh, girl" 或者别的，因为这么用就是一种习惯，大家都不知道原因。

Oh boy可表示高兴和兴奋的情绪。
