“I feel that I am handling my current responsibilities very well and I would like to discuss what else I can take on.”(我对自己目前的工作表现很满意，我想跟你谈谈关于自己未来的工作任务。)

“I would like the opportunity to discuss a possible pay raise along with more work responsibilities.” (我希望能藉由担负更多的工作责任而加薪。)

不该说什么：

“I have been working very hard lately and I feel I deserve a salary increase.” (我最近都在加班，所以我希望薪水能加一些。)

“I am working much harder than my colleagues but I’m getting paid the same as them. I should be getting paid more.” (跟其它同事比起来，我工作更努力，薪资还拿的一样，我认为我的薪水应该比其它人领得多。)

“I’ve been working here so many years and I’m still earning the same salary.” (我在这家公司工作很多年，薪水还是一样。)
